But the second was originally done in english, unless you mean the first.

They showed Hellsing on TV, sweet. Maybe it will be granted a second series like Big O was if it succeeds (hopes). Personally I thought they did a damn fine job with the dub of Hellsing. The Preist and Alucard seem to be the only dubs that can't match the original Japanese voices but they still do a respectively fine job at trying so.

Definetely loved the Hellsing dubbing. You just gotta love a bunch of British people swearing all the time and saying "bloody hell". 8)
The subbed version is SOOOOO different.

well for one when they are in the castel i found the whole thing dragged out a bit. also when d kills the werewolf person thing this is sorta in the end they didnt even show the fight. and then when Myer and that chick fly away to the moon and the other chick screams "FLY, Fly away!!" i though that was kinda dumb.

(*end spoilers*)

I wish the Parasite, after eating the Queen of the Vampires, said: "Yuck, I'm gonna be tasting her for a week.":D He was great comic relief.

How in the hell is that possible? The way that the words were said it looked like they were rushed to fit certain mouth movments to me. Bloodlust couldn't have been done originaly in english. and if it was done in english originaly then they did a really fucking shitty job.

The preist's name is Anderson ... he's a Paladin and an asshole ... he deserved his end.

Click here to find out about the English only dub of VHD:Bloodlust. Strange but true, Its sort of like the movie Blood in a way although thought the dubbing in Bloodlust was better. Usually when something is originally done in English over in Japan it usually comes out as odd sounding. *shrugs*

I was originally going to call the Palidin Alexander but I wasn't really sure and went with the preist instead. oops. :P

i don't care that you called him a preist ... h's a paladin, and he sorta doubles as a preist ... but his name is anderson ... you just called him "the preist", i felt like informing you his name is Anderson ... he's still an asshole though.

The voice acting in Bloodlust was all right, but it suffered from retarted dialogue. The only characters with non-cheesy lines were D and the parasite.

I've not seen the dubbed version of Hellsing. I hope they didn't ruin it. Alucard kicks ass.

The original Vampire Hunter D was one of the first "movie" anime I remember seeing way back when. I was a kid, so I thought it was the bomb. I forget what station it was, I think it was TBS, but they had put Hunter D, Robot Carnival, and Heavy Metal back to back to back one night, and I remember having a ball that night staying up late with my dad to watch that stuff.

Uh Yall know the first movie was remade to look better.
I thought the animation of the first remastered (or whatever they did) was alright.

And BLOODLUST'S ENDING WAS NOT CHEESE:x

I wanted them to actually make him fight the werewolf lookin guy but they didn't what shame :x

But I liked the ending....
(spoiler)

(Oh btw I think the parasite is cool he adds a nice touch to D's cool collected personality)anywayz, the fight between D and Meier was awesome D misses his heart on prupose and lets the two love birds go off.( I dont think it was to the moon I think somewhere else cause this movie takes place way in the future (even though the ship was old).

Anywayz I got the movie and I hope another comes out and can someone tell me is uhh that girl (forgot her name) "Meier's Girl" she was bit so now she is also a vamp. right
