gotwoot.net is a great place for anything Naruto once the site comes back.
It's been down for a month or so.

That's if it is coming back...It may well not be :(

They had a great fanart section though.

I've recently discovered http://www.narutoforums.net/ but at the moment their graphics section is pretty much just sigs and requests etc.

Ah, I see you have already posted on narutoforums...though you might want to try in the graphics area?
