Sick Anime

I hate it when Animes do that. One of the only things about Anime that gets on my nerves is that it is usaually never realistic. I can take it in Animes that are supposed to be that way, but not in the ones that are supposed to be realistic.

That's part of the reason why I like Fruits Basket so much, I think... despite the very unrealistic premise, the show in general tends to be somewhat logical--if the house gets broken, then they show it being fixed, for example. And money doesn't grow on trees--people actually *gasp* have jobs.

And yet it's one of the shows that features the main character having a "cold" (aka fever) and eating a bowl of leek soup and thereby being essentially healed....

Mr. Satan had some running noses. Although they would run and drip then quickly go back up.

if only tissues existed in anime.
