Hmm, no idea about your's, BUT can you recognise the dub actor who did the voice of the unnamed jurian representative from the episode of Tenchi Universe where Kiyone returns to HQ? Here's a hint: It's a voice in a show on adult swim (I think, I have no confirmation on this).

No clips handy....it's on the fith disc (space I). I think it's called "No Need for an Escape". I pointed it out to a friend of mine and she said, "no, I don't think so." Then he said one line just the right way and she went, "Oh my god, it is." If I can get the audio clip I will, but I'm not sure I can. Dub actor recognising is a hobby of mine and I don't even try.
