Your first anime...[that you bought]

i went back in time and changed the last anime i bought ... so now my first bought anime was Onegai Teacher, as opposed to EoE ...

even though i don't own any of it, and at the time it was still only a fan sub ...

The first anime I ever watched was Street Fighter II The Movie on VHS back in 1994, didn't even know it was anime or what anime was. LOL.

The first anime I ever bought on DVD was, what got me hooked on anime, was Dragonball Z-Imperfect Cell-Race Against Time, just cause I loved DBZ, and was in Suncoast like a little kid at a candy shop, looking through like 50+DBZ DVDs, and sadly only had enough money on me to buy 1, but I have everyone of them released so far, that is unedited anyways. This was way back in early 2001, sense then I've gotte into much more anime, like Slayers, Inuyasha, Outlaw Star, Blue Gender, Evangelion, Hellsing, Vampire Hunter D, and more.

I've been watching Anime most of my life, but the first one I think I bought was Galaxy Express 999 with my dad. The first one I bought knowing it was an anime was Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystal.

Heh heh, mine was Urotsukidoji. I was looking for gore movies, and was only vaguely into anime then. After that it was Evangelion and Macross Plus, then Wings of Honeamise (sp?), and so started my anime addiction.

But the first anime I saw was DBZ. I ever like anime until I saw Gundam Wing. That's when I fall in love with anime.

first anime i saw was Voltron when i was 8 but somehow i dont think that counts since i wasnt even aware of anime then....just a cool cartoon to me. So i would have to say 3X3 Eyes on Channel 4 (uk).
First anime i shelled out for was, Perfect Blue (vhs) 3 year ago and its was worth the whole £8.99.

the first anime i bought was X... it isn't one of the most popular with other people(heck, half of nothing know about it) oh well, it's still my favourite! it is seriously the best!

hehe, can you believe i went to a catholic school for the uniform!???

X TV series, right? That series is GOLD in my opinion.
