definately, trunks in gt was a drastic change in character from dbz (chibi trunks) and the change i can't see much reason for. to me it seems gt is to z what z is to db, only worse.

the trunks from the future in dbz was a better character than chibi trunks from the present, the trunks from future (mirai trunks i've heard him called) had a purpose, chibi trunks was just there to be there, only alive because it wouldn't make sense to take him out of the series

(of course it would have been fine to just not make the series any longer after frieza was defeated.. but i'd rather not get into that argument, afterall, continuing the series gave the show a lot of good pts, let the characters flesh out a bit)

i agree that piccolo is pretty awesome, should we turn this thread/topic into a piccolo-shrine, i think not, but don't let me stop anyone 8)

There is no doubt that Trunks is gay. What kind of straight guy has light purple hair and wears tight clothes. It's creepy. I hate the guy.

His clothes were baggy when he was younger, and his jeans were still on the baggy side when he came to the past (I mean Future Trunks, of course). The only time he wore tight clothing was when he had on the usual training suit and his tanktop. ^_^; Not that I mind him in tight clothing. And purple hair? Blame that mom of his with her varying shades of blue.

[As for 'gay' - in GT I think they try and make a Trunks/Pan pairing, I haven't seen it enough to know - but that would be present Trunks anyway.]

i thought the time warped trunks on that episode were the dbz gang all go to fight frieza before goku comes and he knocks the 7 shades of sh*t out of friezas army and his dad. but in G.T and the tournament saga he was a wuss little rich boy!!!

Did you expect him to be much more? I mean in reality Trunks is prince of the Saiyan race.And Goten was cool before GT.

!yeah but adult trunks turns out to be a bigger wuss and Girls like him too for cryin out loud!!

timewarped trunks was better cause he didnt give a f*ck about nobody , he just kicked thier ass.

that bit where he catches king colds sword and blows him away ...nice!!!
