I liked hellsing, the fact that Alucard was invinceble only made it more interesting for me ... Walter was amazing though. Anderson ... i hate him ... he's a pretty cool character, but i hate him for being such an elitist ass hole ... he had his ass kicked so badly ... yet he still believed he could beat alucard ... he gets a 10 for effort ... charging at alucard with a knife in his mouth was quite amusing ... but i still hate the prick.

Hellsing is a great show. And Alucard and Anderson had some really great fight scenes. Let's hope we do get another season of Hellsing.
But just on Hellsing maybe having another season, I think it came from the fact that the Manga goes past the Anime. Apparently the Manga covers things like a Nazi Conspiracy which is connected to the final boss of the Anime (sorry forgot its name). That's why people think the Anime continues on. That and the fact that it leaves a few questions unanswered. But either way it's a great little series.

His name was Incognito. Nazi conspiracy seems odd considering his "magic" is African. But hell i havent even read the manga yet.Rurouni Wolfpac wrote:. Incognito is an anime-only character. The manga and anime start similar, but by about the time of the Valentines Bros. incident the manga and anime take different paths. IMO I believe the manga to be better. It has more plot, more crazy characters, Alucard being more ruthless, and the fights with Andersong are fookin' incredible.Pierrot Le Fou wrote:His name was Incognito. Also, there's some comedy bits that aren't in the show(as a matter of fact, the weird animation style for the next episode preview was taken from the comedy bits in the manga), like the weird dreams Alucard and Seras have, and the Seras and Pip character interaction is down right hilarious.
If at all possible, pick up the manga. Vol 1 and 2 should be available in the U.S. from Darkhorse by December, and Vol. 1-5 are available in Japan (and by import) by Young King Comics. Refer to my post above for direct links to Hellsing manga for sale at Animenation.spoilers wrote:The part where Alucard and the gang go to Brazil is cool, and in vol. 5 Alucard even flys an SR-71!
