i'd say the best attack would be the "omaka keiru ryu no hirameki", air splitting sword attack ,the naru punch,and the greatest of all time,

3.) Guren Kaina (Shishio Makoto, Ruroni Kenshin): Glove fully of gunpowder + Flaming Sword = Boom.

2.)The Saotome Secret Technique (Ranma, Ranma 1/2): You have to see the second season when Ryoga learns the Baksai Tenketsu (Or however its spelt). RUN AWAY

Well i think one of the best attacks ever would have to be motoko's ... she kicks but *Rock Splitting Sword Second Form* and everything is desimated ...

That one life-draining sword attack Gara does in the last episode of Bastard is always badass to look like.
True Demon Sword? Eh, whatever the hell it's called, it's still fun to watch.

Most of the people on the first page need to pull their sticks out of their ass.
Seriously, lighten up. It's just yelling out attack names.
