I dunno...personally, I'd say Anavel Gato was capable of that...then again, I would say the same from prettymuch anyone involved in 0083 (with the possible exceptions of Burning and Cima...)

Same. He's my favorite male anime character ever. Its a crime what they did too him in the movie. Because of what he was in the series, he never seemed convincing in his evil role to me (in the movie). I hope that makes sense to everyone else.
