Hello? Ryo-Ohki? She could fly us away from the island, hell, away from the planet if need be.

But assuming that we can't leave said island... either Mayuko from NieA_7 or Haruna from Tenchi Forever or Asuka from Evangelion. The first two I just plain like them as characters/people and they have a kind of understated nature to them I like. They're mellow and easy to get along with (although Mayuko has a bit of a short fuse with NieA, she's generally easy-going). Asuka... well, I have a thing for red-heads

, although I imagine she'd be hard to get along with over a long period of time, so she gets to be last.
