What is the more important item in the anime you watch?
- Story
- Characters
- Drawing
- Directing
- Movement
- Soundtracks
- Voice actors
Order those items by the importance.

my opinion.

-1 Drawing
-4 Characters
-2 Voice actors << if all the others are good, the voices can screw the whole anime up
-3 Story
-4 Movement
-5 Soundtracks
-6 Directing

I know that the anime must be great in every thing to be a great anime,
but I mean that some of anime is (for example) great in story but the drow is simple, and others great in drow but the story is simple (not so good). and i prefere the first one (great story and simple drow) so I order story over drow.
this is my order:
1- story
2- Voice actors
3- Characters
4- Directing
5- Soundtracks
6- Drawing
7- Movement
