I think Cowboy Bebop has some wonderful compositions accompanying it... but it has so many unique songs, it kinda belongs in a class by itself. I also liked the music to Violinist of Hameln. The music to Fruits Basket and Scrapped Princess fit it very well... but in terms of soundtracks which actually translate well into regular listening, Yoko Kanno is at least a semi-diety....

hmmmm...i'd have to say that it's a tie between .Hack//Sign, Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, and Noir. I really like the songs in Inuyasha (Fukai Mori!) and .Hack//Sign's Obsession and Aura are GREAT!
There are others too, but i can't seem to remember....

Well i would have to go with Cowboy Bebop, the intro song was very catchy. I like animes that have songs and themes that are catchy. Another one i though had good songs was Neon Genesis Evangelion, they had some good action songs, some great classical song, and u gotta love the Fly me to the Moon. Well thats wat i can think of for now.

Anything with music by Yoko Kano...
The music for Cowboy Bebop, the music for Macross Plus, the music for Escaflowne... all just amazing work by this very goofy woman. (I say that because it was mentioned in an interview that Yoko Kano was the inspiration of the character of Ed in Cowboy Bebop)
I am also fond of the music in Utena, NieA_7, Kiki's Delivery Service, and Castle in the Sky: Laputa.

Those who divide people into two kinds of groups
