Why would they make an Evangelion game that is just a recreation of the series? To make it worth while it should be something different, that the series touched on but didn't focus completely on. Aparently, there are a lot of people that want to see Evangelion romance & action. Unfortunately, this game will probably nevver make it to America, atleast in English.

An Evangelion game? That would suck, especially that Evangelion is a story based anime that doesn't have a lot of action scenes.
It's like what HeartbreakerByZep said. And I think that part must have something related to the power and the fighting capabilities of the EVAs, so that the game could have a lot of playing. Not like some games that were released, where a lot of people complained about those games because they lacked gameplay and that it was more like an interactive movie than a game.

EVA actually has plenty of action and there is "romance", but not in the sense of a romantic anime...bum wrote:eva games. heard their prety sucky. and since when is eva about action or romance anyway ?
but relationships certainly exist in the series, even if they are not the focus...
and the action and "romance" in EVA are both handled quite well...
However... from what I have heard, the EVA games are pretty bad... and this makes sense, because EVA's plot is not the sort that a good game can be based on.

I know someone on DS got an imported PS2 partly so he could get this game....seemed to like it a lot. (even though he couldn't read it since it was written in Japanese )
