Ok I know I just made a topic but I couldn't what to ask this... Ok has you ever been to this web site [MOD: Deleted] I have ordered stuff form them before a long time a go. Well I went there today a saw that there imports were cheap a dirt like 30.00$ dollars box sets for Escaflowne - Perfect Collection (English Dubbed) and a lot of others box sets for a cheap. Well I wanted to know if they were bootleg or just crappy and some have (MI) at the end wtf does that mean. So if any one can help me out by giving me info I will much appreciate it. And spend you tax return there.

MI is short for some Hong Kong bootlegger. Anything sold as a 26-ep run on 3 discs for something like a 1-disc price point in your country is usually a ripoff.

Their 'domestic' side looks legit, but everything they have listed on 'import' is a Hong Kong ripoff that's putting money in the pockets of the Chinese mafia instead of your favorite anime producers.

This bootleg outlet has been discussed on here before, but the name and link were edited out the last time....maybe we need a permanent bootleg sticky so people know not to get caught by these.

My thoughts exactly. Both are equally wrong IMO, but fansubs are COOL! -_-
