Do you remember Digimon?

When they were on i saw all the seasons...but i would have to say season 3 owns the others! While 1 and 2 were good season 3 took their good points and made it better. Set in a different time line where the concept of digimon is the same as our own (tv series...trading cards etc.) they concentrated on the battling aspects wasting little time introducing what they are. They also showed a great more variety of digimon including so many mega levels ones.
Yeah at first thought, digi-tamers over digidestined-i doubt it....but the concept was heaps better. You could really emphasise with the characters and their relationship with their digimon. I mean some parts are actually fairly dramtic...a digitamer actually looses her digimon in battle...and ends up so torn up about it.
The battles were also far more intense, with the action more crisp than the previous two seasons. The tamers could actually help in the battles with their digimon...which made the outcome more upredictable.
Plus with all the central tamers digimon reaching mega level, the showdwn between the D-reaper was sweet. 8)
As for season 4 that was just a disappoint....while the animation is better than the rest it lost its feel with battles below standard. I mean it reminded of power rangers to an extant

I could always guess the outcome :¬ \Trunks_Blade wrote:The tamers could actually help in the battles with their digimon...which made the outcome more upredictable.
I'm bored and you're dumb. A match made in heaven.

x2
And oh... Digimon, for me, was what I was hoping Pokemon would be.
Although I dropped off after the 3rd (or was it 4th?) season (cause I ceased to watch TV completely), one thing I do give them credit for is the fact that they re-invented the whole thing in some way every season, instead of doing the same stuff over and over. Nothing genius, but at least it kept me from being bored with it for longer.
It was a decent show, and I mostly liked it.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…
