Women who look like men are often quite attractive, to men including myself who claim not to be attracted to
actual men. It's the flip side of the bishounen phenomenon, I guess - look at all the women who drool over girly-boys. And it's no accident that the only person I've met who could cosplay Integra convincingly, happened to be an openly lesbian woman. There's more gender ambiguity in the fact that they call her "Sir" Integra; normally a female knight would receive the title "Dame".
It's been explained to me that this is an illusion caused by the tight corset she wears nowadays, but I still think it's amusing that the teenage Integra in the flashback episode had much bigger breasts than the older Integra seen in the rest of the series.
