Charisma: Spike (no contest)
Voice: Nene - Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 (come on, she has some of the best lines!)
Overal Coolness: Alucard takes this cake

Wolfwood is at the top of my list for charisma. Remember the scene where he shares his snacks w/ the little hungry kids? And when he helped out the lady in the restaurant?...Takes the niceness to a whole new level, G.
