DragonBall Z is one of the WORST dubs ever created, non-original music, non-emotional VA's and lot's more besides. Don't let that one dub put you off all of them.shinzui wrote:the only anime that i ever watched in english was dbz. the voices in dbz were horrible and the animators must have been drunk at the time of choosing the voices actors for that series.
Doesn't that contradict what you just said?shinzui wrote:the english voices were done very good.
we have had both the canadian and american versions of the DBZ dub.angelx03 wrote:Is it true that you British get a different dub of DBZ?
yeah, i agree (...strangely, but you do bring up the truth)Mroni wrote:The whole point of dubbing something is into a language you can understand. I wouldn't watch in anime in italian and damn sure not in spanish. I would rather watch it straight japanese than in any other language with subtitles. I have seen some horrors. Ranma dubbed in spanish and lum in Italian.
