Hmmm, I wonder if its too violent to post? I think the thing that makes him the toughest in my book is the fact that he's 100% human (or he should be). No special powers, just sheer will and brute strength.

I think Kyo from Samurai deeper kyo is a badass but I love Sesshoumaru he is so cold and calm as hes wooping your ass

well the badest villin I think would be---uh?
well in mind right now is freza and cooler from DBZ they had to kill those two twice.
Realy I think the bad guy from the cowboy bebop movie was the badest and most evil caricture I've seen in a wile.
