I saw the first two DVDs and honestly I felt it was kind of a let down. I saw a SDK AMV on the site and thats what got me really excited about it cause it looked awesome but I didn't know it was like half comedy. Maybe I'll give it another shot some other time but on the first viewing I wasn't impressed.

You should try the manga it is very good. I personaly really enjoyed the series but whatever tickles your pickle :)

I've seen Samurai Deeper Kyo. I'm rather fond of it. The manga's good, but I prefere the anime. Most people, however, prefere the manga.

I just might :D I'm really getting into manga right now, my friend loaned me the first Berserk book but I've been really into the Battle Royale :twisted: Got the first 5 stacked on my desk.

Battle Royale is a fantastic movie, my best friend lent me number (manga) 3 (in french :() today.

I've read the manga version and I think it's verry intiresting but to close to rironi kenshin.
Only time I say no is if someone asks if I've had enough.

I have seen the first three DVDs and can say that the humor, for the most part, stops after the first DVD. It is more serious then Kenshin in some ways, but I always prefer human opponents in fighting anime.
