Quick Comparison

Cell: (look at the mightly list of disadvantages)

1. He's a DBZ character
2. Has to "powerup" by absorbing people thorugh a tail that has a rubber nipple on the end of it.
3. He has multiple forms just like every other DBZ villan
4. He's very, very green, and doesn't look remotely cool until his last form.
5. He talks to much.
6. Kills Trunks in the future
7. Was created by an idiot who's army was beaten by an 8 year old child, and was later killed by his own androids, who he happened to make better models than himself.

Zeiram:

1. Is the most feared creature in the universe
2. Looks like a badass, plain and simple
3. Absorbs people without the use of a pussy tail
4. Can create legions of monsters, that aren't just mini-me versions of himself
5. Why talk when you can just kick more ass?
6. Has an awesome looking hat, that can fly around delievering death
7. Is near invincible
8. Can absorb more than people. He can also absorb weapons, and then use them.

So there you go. Zeiram obviously takes the cake.

Oh so, nipples, looks, and creators are all you care about? I actually think Imperfect Cell and Semi-Perfect Cell looked atleast as cool as Perfect Cell did.

Let's not also forget that Zeiram actually has a weakness, Cell on the other hand can regenerate if even the smallest part of his body is left.

Fanboys? Come on, Evil Tyrant Furiiza-sama has divine right to be chosen

He's the most powerful being in the universe, and he's pure evil. He's got enough power to destroy planets and then if you match his power he'll just transform and become superior to you... and then he'll do that a couple more times... and then when you can best him in his true form, he'll summon up all of his power, because of course he was only using a small percent of his potential power, and beat the hell out of you with ALL of his power. There are few (though there definetly are some) more deserving of the throne than Furiiza-sama is.

About pictures, I think Ozzie wants us to look at the pictures and decide that way if you don't know the guys. The pictures helped me a lot on some of the choices. (Speaking of which, the picture for Alexander Anderson is pretty bad looking compared to how cool he looks)
