Whats The Best Anime Ever And Why Is It Best?

The best animes out there in my opinion are as follows : Inu Yasha, Slayers (all), Tenchi Universe, Outlaw Star, Ah My Goddess!/ Oh! My Goddess, Ranma 1/2.

Inu Yasha - Has a great story to it. It stays interesting the whole way. It isn't constant fighting, and it is humorus as well.

Slayers (all) - Just pure out comedy no doubt about it. Whenever you need something to watch to lighten up your day this is the anime for it.

Tenchi Universe - Don't know why, it just is darn good.

Outlaw Star - Has some of the best characters that I know of. It is more realistic for the future. Characters are well developed in the series. There is an excellent story behind it. And it is one of the best series out there. Can't wait to read about Outlaw Star 2.

Ah My Goddess!/ Oh! My Goddess - A short series but with characters you can't resist. Your classic hardship of love and obsticales at the end that they must over come. Plus one annoying sister name Urd eventhough trying to help always manages to go wrong for Kechi's rotin luck to mess her plans up. Except for at the end which I willn't mentions what happends there. That would be a spoiler.

Ranma 1/2 - Yes it is a long series but during the 1st 4 or 5 seasons its great but around 5-7 season it gets a little repatitive and the jokes get old after a while. But still a good series none of the less.

Cowboy Bebop is the best ever. It's been way overdone on AS, but it has one of the most intruiging stories of any anime I've ever seen, the setting and the overall "feel" to the anime. The characters are amazing as well. Spike Spiegel is #2 on my favorite fictional character of all time list!

I espically love Inu-Yasha, but I can also see why people would hate it. I LOVE Cowboy Bebop. Music rules, characters are awesome, storyline is pretty good, a nice balance of humor and drama, etc. However my current favorite is Witch Hunter Robin. I really love it because of the characters. There are few animes out there where the characters seem very real. WHR is one of those few. I watch the show simply because I enjoy the characters. The cool music and unquie storyline with good plot twists are a plus, too.

Ah, how could I have forgotten thc CB music? It's the best of any anime I've ever seen to this day! The eclectic free-form jazz style is outstanding, to say the least. No other soundtrack for anything (Including TV shows and movies!) comes close to the quality production of Cowboy Bebop. I have almost evey song from the movie and series, and I'm still trying to get more. Ah, man...ok, I'm ending my rant now, 'cause it's taking up too much of my time to type it all out.
