actualy no, thiers no single person on earth that knows what it means. actualy, some people say that the creator of YYH, while strugling to push out a nugety one made noises sounding like "heieieieiei" as he strugled, and thats how he came up with it

Yep, the kanji they use for Hiei's name in the dark tournament (on the dice) is translated to flying shadow. I guess that fits him better than being named after a mountain. ^_^;;;
