There are a few indepentent anime sellers where I live, but I know Best Buy has a decent selection. Suncoast is decent as well imo.

Naruto has not been licensed. Its a very hot ticket at the moment so it probably wont be licensed for years to come. The official dvds are somewhere around 40 bux at cdjapan.co.jp. Anything else you find is most likely a bootleg. I refer you to the list below to confirm if it is indeed a bootleg:
  • Cheap price for dvd (under 30 dollars for single disk, unless its on sale from dubbing company, easily checked.)
    English/Chinese subtitles on the eps
English dub that is distributed through a company that did not license it
Too many eps per disk (on average only 4 eps are fitted on a dvd)
This also goes for One Piece it has also not been licensed. Funimation licensed Kodomo No Omocha (Child's Toy).

Rightstuf's specialty is anime, they are the only store I bought from that has the biggest selection at the lowest prices.
See I hate these statements, they make no sense, Witch Hunter Robin disc 4:

Suncoast 29.99 marked down to 24.99
Rightstuf: 29.98 marked down to 26.98 ( not including shipping and handling )

Only time right stuf is useful is either for older anime on tape and sometimes DVD or when they have those sales (ie - Gasaraki Set for 30 bucks).

Deepdiscountdvd.com has better prices.

Yeah, but deepdiscount has a bad habbit of being out of stock. Those three to five week shippings really kill me. >.<

I don't order off there enough to know about though. Think the only thing I got off of there was the family guy vol 1 for 20 bucks.
