YAY! Shingetsutan Tsukihime is LICENSED, and hopefully Bang Zoom! is going to dub it (I can imagine Steve Cannon's voice as Shiki). But I'm REALLY surprised that Geneon got Saiyuki Reloaded and Burn Up Scramble; I thought ADV had a better chance with those. But that important thing is that Tsukihime is licensed.Anime News Network wrote:Anime Central - Geneon License Announcements (2004-05-14 16:18:09)
Geneon announced at their panel today that they have the licenses for Saiyuki Reload, Shingetsutan Tsukihime, Burn Up Scramble, and Cybuster. More information will be provided in the full panel report.

That is indeed the important thing. I remember there was some talk a while back when a suggestive domain name was bought.

So Tsukihime will be released in October, eh? That seems appropriate, don't you think?

Looks it. Last word was they're the same disks that were in the box sets, now available seperately at a list price of $25 each. No word yet on if the OVAs are getting something similar.Moonlight Soldier wrote:And am I reading that correctly when it says Geneon will be releasing Fushigi Yugi again?
I have to say I'm happy. I've wanted a copy of Yuugi for a while, but the price on the boxes was too much to justify.

Oh so very true. Hopefully the price won't be too different here. I know their signature series is great...I'm getting Sailor Moon S for half the price of the regular dvd...for the same dvd....oO...If they do that with Fushigi Yugi, I'll have a whole new respect/love for Geneon.JHU Battousai wrote:Looks it.
