It got a little over-emotional at times, but overall it was a good, nice series.

My favorite characters are still the Boshi twins, esp. Amiboshi.

If anyone shares similar sentiments and is in need of a good free e-mail service, you might want to check these out...

I think that my fave character would be Tasuki. He's just so cool! I like Chichiri too.

WARNING! SPOILER!!!!

Eventhough he has that scar on his eye I still think he's cool and maybe HOT![/b]

I enjoyed the series but only when it's subbed. The voice of Miaka in dubbing irritates me. (Why do the japanese have all the good voice actors?) The OAV isn't as good, but it does have it's moments.
I'm looking for the patterns in static, they start to make sense the longer I'm at it.

I LOVE TASUKI!

Ok anyways....

I own the manga up to date and love it! I don't have the International Channel so it sucks, but I've been keeping watch for the series box sets, though apparently it will be rereleased on single dvds, which may prove less expensive oO.....

The only anime I have of it, is the very last OVA, Eikoden. It's pretty cool ^_^

From what I've read of a translated summary of the first few chapters of the Eikou Den manga, the manga is better. The OAVs felt kinda rushed, like they were trying too hard to fit everything into 4 episodes. For example, we get none of Mayo's backstory.

And no, I haven't seen the first or second OAV series (though I have seen the bus trip omake).

I liked it, despite that the first season was nothing but...

"Miaka...."
"Tamahome..."
"Miaka...."
"Tamahome..."
etc....

The 2nd season seemed a bit more intense.
