Rally Vincent from Gunsmith Cats is SUPPOSED to be black, but she's really light-skinned.

Well, there was certainly a lot more dark skinned people than I imagined. I mean, outside of Cowboy Bebop and whatnot.

I'm going to have to sift through all these now. Thanks everyone. Even for some of the just tan characters.

What about the guy in Mezzo-Forte....he is definately black, not tan....and he is a main character.

It's so funny how the DB series charicatures(sp) black people. There was also a few black that Goku and Krillin encountered during their training with Roshi that looked the same way...
