If You want this to become an anime send it to that dude that came up with DBZ. I've seen your books lying around in your room and theres a lot more there than your tellin about here. The storyline is good and is almost exactly like the Dragonball seires. Mabe He'll give you some tips.

Come on guys i think my littel sis has got something here, She has an other storyline just in case this one sucked. This idea she got from her gal pal. I found a whole lot better plot when i was at her desk last night.

This one has miachuasha and an old school mate Janidan D. Switcher. Kicking ass. The story goese that long ago this sage namde Butch and this Switcher (two diffrent races) had a child (Janidan). This was on star planet. when Janidan is 3 years old his parents die from a poison that Butch injected in to the both of them for reasons unknown (next season)

After there death janidan is adopted by a loving familey. 7years later he runs away fed up with rules and all the goody goody crap. he hitches a ride on a space transport headed for star planet (he lived on sun planet).
When the transport lands janidan is found and taken to Starlight city correctional institute for boys. There he meets the black star gang, a gang of boys thet take pride in thier ways of the honor of evil (so to speak).
The members are Butch Rinoshima, Slim " slick" Pooka, Stingray "stinger" Makenski, Kano "psyce" Naten, and Jazenzu "death".

At first they pick of janidan but when butch gets a good look at him he puts janidan to the test, if he wins his score determines the rank he gets in the gang. He wins the rank of leader.(Butches old rank)

After janidan serves his term he gets sent to Starlight city middle school along with butch. (the rest of the gang gets sent to diffrent schools. At the school Janidan meets Miachuasha. My sister thought of that part now heres the part her gal pal thought of: After meeting miachuasha janidan senses that she has a destiny to do something important and she seems attracted to him! They are drawn to each other like a force and they... OKAY. Thats all i read. but see the diffrence? my sis is creative now all she naaed is pointers for the storyline. Help her out would ya?

Tis good that you support your sister in this.
But, as stated many times before the chances of her being able to make a successful anime are very low. Especially at this age and with no experience.

Besides the lack of experience in age, there's also the fact that no one would pay to fund this to actually be animated. These shows cost thousands upon thousands of dollars to be animated, so there's no chance in hell that someone will put up the cash for this thing to be made.

And also, just wait a few years, and in the mean time practice writing. It really doesn't matter what, just so that you can improve, and in time, perhaps you'll be able to write something that someone will actually pay to have made. And I can almost guarantee you that in a few years you'll look back on this and think, "How could I have thought that I could actually get this animated?"
