The first anime I saw EVER was Robotech. I saw it again recently, and it's still great.
DBZ got me into anime, and I got even more into it when I saw Gundam Wing. I continued watching Toonami for a while, then I kinda wained for a little while when Toonami stopped showing anything good... Then about a year ago, I decided to buy the boxed set for Trigun, and I've become a big anime fan quickly since then.
I have over 320 episodes of anime, around 70 or 80 DVDs and over five days worth of content. I've gotten new stuff since, so it may be closer to five and a half.

I always sorta like anime but I was never really into teh first anime I every remeber seeing was Macross Plus, then I found ninja scroll and that was it for years. Then through just random google searches I ran into the ranma manga and a manga site called studiorob.com. Finally through the magic of Kazaa I found episodes of ranma and eventually an AMV by our very own Pade which lead me here. And from here I became positivly addicted.

.....I don't even know exactly where mine is now. Given the full shelves and amount of overflow, I'd say I'm close to 150 DVDs, at least. When I figured approximate runtime about a year ago, it was at least 2 weeks. Probably close to or beyond 3 by now.Tono_Fyr wrote:I have over 320 episodes of anime, around 70 or 80 DVDs and over five days worth of content. Adult swim, I think it came out last year. I watched it cuz they kept saying it was for the adults... staying up to 2 am every skool nite lead to some pretty bad grades... but anime was and still is worth it.

Nah, Adult Swim has been out for almost three years. You probably missed it when they were cool and almost all anime
