come in the series? All I can guess is after the dark tournament.

i'm not sure when they fit in but i think the first one is after the dark tournament because then u go to the seven dudes that are trying to open the tunnel to the demon world, but then theres the whole genki thing. Genki died during the tournament so why was she in the movie? or is this that second one i saw and not the 1st one...*dies* i'm confused. in the 1st one do they call kuwabara kuwabaka?? oh well

The short movie - the 30 minute mini-episode they call a movie - fits anywhere after Genkai's little tournament. It has to be after that because Kuwabara is using his rei-ken. I doubt it takes place after the Dark Tournament since Hiei and Kurama are pointless side characters (Hiei's dragon would have settled the fight in a few seconds - so I don't think he had that ability or he'd have used it). My guess is, the first mini-movie takes place before the Dark Tournament - to separate the two arcs.

The long movie takes place after the Dark Tournament. If you don't see how it could because Genkai is there...note how weak she is in the movie. She's already given her energy to Yusuke, so she doesn't stand a chance against the demons. It also takes place before the Sensui arc. How do I know? Kurama doesn't turn youko. After the Sensui arc he can change to youko on his own, and Yusuke is much, much stronger. When the guys combine attacks, Hiei's dragon comes out as the strongest (even after he used it once that same night) - so there's no way Yusuke could have already defeated Sensui or his rei-gan would have topped out that combined attack, not the kokoryuuha.

So...Mini-movie leads to Dark Tournament, and the long movie leads to the Sensui Arc. Now if they'd only made a third movie to go before the Makai arc...
