is hellsing good?

i want to get a new anime this week. i was thinking about getting hellsing, i seen it in alot of amv. i was wounder if it was worth getting. can you tell me some of the good points of hellsing without spoiling the ending?

well i own and and bought it blindly, didnt know what i was getting myself into, well guess what, i dont regret it one bit, the show is awesome, put together great, my favorite line of the whole series, "I am so fucking hard right now!" it really doesnt have to do with anything sexual, once you watch it youll completly understand. a definite must own imo.

theres already another topic on hellsing that doesnt have any spoliers... or so i think... and yes hellsing is a good anime in my opinion... tho as i say for most animes i enjoyed the manga much more... its more violent and funny at the same time

the first half of the series is mainly just action and wierd shit. realy good. the second half tries to have an actual story. kinda boring.

hellsing is a good anime if you like vampires and zombies, also were the hero dose'nt quite give a heck about who he kills just that he's haveing fun killing pepole.

simply put hellsing kicks ass. its a really good anime about vampiers and zombies its one of the most violent anime iv ever seen but thats one of the reasons its so good

heh i didnt think u would enjoy it. it seems like ur more into the romance anime. ill bet angelx also wouldnt enjoy it. yea hellsing is definitly not for people who are into romance anime or faint at heart.

Hellsing is a great anime, although average. It has a good stylist composition, that makes the first 3 episodes breathtaking, and it is etertainingly filled with action and a fairly interesting plot/progression. The one problem is that the story is not linear at all. If they had sticked to the manga's story then Hellsing would be way better because the story wouldn't jump around without completing ideas and it would be more complete.
