I still love Pokemon... don't hurt me! Once you get attatched to those little critters you no longer want to shoot them.

whew* sooooo glad im not the only one. i dont like the new episodes though, i watch all the oldies on vhs.........i know im a dork......

For me, I just like the Gameboy games from Pokemon. Never the anime. Anyway, my first anime was actually are the old pure Japanese classic animes that my 'over-the-hill' japanese mom watched when she was little. Stuff like Doraemon and Chibi Maruko-chan. The anime that made me get anime-addicted though was Clamp's Magic Knight Rayearth.

Well like many, I watched a few eps of Voltron, Salior Moon, and not knowing what they were. I got home from school during a half day and switched it to CN, and started watching Toonami (Moltar has host, and thats when the west coast was three hours behind in programs.) I watched Robotech. I am like this cool, planes that turn into gaint robots. Of course then I didn't know what it was. Then my friend got me into DBZ, and thats when I knew what anime was. I am like OH MY GOSH! This is diffently different, and I like it. Then adult swim started playing, and Watched Cowboy Bebop, I remember giving the same friend who told me about DBZ, a tape of Cowboy Bebop, and he loves it. I also watched all the gundam shows they had on Toonami, my all time fav is Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. Now that I am in the Navy, I have money to buy DVDs. My current collection contain Robotech Boxset of Part one, Trigun Box Set, Cowboy Bebop the Movie, Metroplis and the first three dvds of the Full Metal Panic seris. And I have no hopes of stopping there.

in order as far as i can remember :voltes v, voltron, daimos, astroboy, toshinden, ninja scroll, wicked city, evangelion, then i got hook and hook and hook

Wow my first anime ever I would have to say it was either Sailor Moon or DBZ, I think they were one of the reasones why I even got so upsest with anime in the first place along side with my sisters.

I've lurked on these forums for a long time, but didn't join till today~ Mainly I just floated around and learned a little in video hardware and such
