of what ive seen of the old vampire hunter d it totally sucked, but i love bloodlust damn good store and so godamn gorey i just love gore. and a bit of romance in the middle too.

i dont know i thought the story was pretty good but compared to the graphics and just plain cool characters in vhd: bloodlust the second gets my vote too ^^

I saw the second one first and loved it, and it made me want to see the first one which I did, on the action channel of comcast, and really it was one of the wosrt movies I had ever seen. The only thing I liked was that one daughter of the vampire who's name I forget.

about 8 or more years ago they had a special on Sci Fi channel every saturday called the saturday anime, i saw the first vampire hunter d once about 8 years ago one saturday

aaaaaaaaaaaa cures me curse me curse me, y didnt i like anime 8 yrs ago damnit, i beleive i was a complete moron for not liking if i did i wouldve seen vhd on the sci-fi. but o well ive seen the movie and it sucked majorly tho thats what i thought.

Yeah i used to love the saturday night anime! It is generally what got me into anime. It didnt stop 8 years ago tho. It stopped about 4 or 5 years ago.
