Yu Yu Hakusho [favorite character and couple]

Yu Yu Hakusho spawned a crazy shounen anime craze in me. But what got to me the most was the storyline, violence, and especially the characters.

Who's you favourite character and couple?

There's a thin line seperating Kurama and Hiei, but since there's still the line, I'd say Kurama is my favourite Reiko Tantei. And, beware, I'm a KuramaxHiei fan. ^^;;

One question: Does anyone know where I can get the rest of the series (preferably 70 and over) in SUB? I swear, the dubs are killing me. -_-;;

If you have the DVDs you can watch it subbed anyhow... but anyhow my favorite character is Kuwabara. I just love his determination, how he won't back down from a fight even when he's scared.

I personally don't mind it dub, but of course that is how I watch everything. Also the first voice actor I meet at Anime Expo 2003 was the voice of Yusuke Urameshi.

But to answer your orginal question I beleive that Kurama is my favorite characters. Proabably due to his calmness and deadlyness, plus he is the only demon who seems to have some morals.

And on that note where to find them, Google, ebay, there is another site called ezanimez.com but I have a feeling that place is nothing but a bunch of bootleg bullcrap.

I'm also a big YYH fan myself. My favorite aspects of the show would be the characters themselves, as well as the music. My YYH music collection takes up the most space in my cd wallet ^__^

And of course, the fact that I'm a total sucker for Megumi Ogata made me favor the series even more. You can guess who my favorite characters are

And to answer your question about episodes 70+, the DVDs are currently being released, and they are about halfway through the Sensui Saga. I order mine through amazon.ca - if you're from the US, try amazon.com.

My favorite YYH character is Hiei, at first for his voice and unique looks, but later because I love the 'tragic' characters.

Couples I like? Mostly Kurama/Hiei, but if I had to state *official* pairings, I'd go with Kuwabara/Yukina - they just fit in a slightly uneasy way, and Sensui/Itsuki - though that one's a little more angsty than I care for.

My favorite of the girls is Shizuru, who I like to think is very similar to myself with her attitude, and Yukina - any sister of Hiei gets an automatic place at the top of my list.

My favourite girl character would be Shizuru for now. I've heard of Mukuro and she sounds pretty cool. But... I have a feeling I'm going to resent her if she and Hiei seem like a couple. -_-;;

I just watched episode 69 and I really, could not stop laughing. I just wish they had shown his face in the end... *twitch*

My fav characters are Kurama, Hiei, Yusuke, and Sniper....I must say, I don't think Hiei and Kurama are together like some other people though ^_^ My fav couple is......well, I guess I don't really have a favorite couple ^_^

Kurama has to be my favorite without a doubt...I just like the whole, controling and using plants as weapons.
