End of Berserk:
When Gatz cried for Caska after Grifith rapped her and the demon cut his eye out. He yelled like mad. Gave me shivers.

There was once this really old anime from a long time ago about these two lovers. I forget the name or the characters or what era it was from...but, anyway, this girl is dying, and she's next to some train tracks, and she turns to the guy holding her and says "I always wanted to tell you..."

And then the train goes by and it's really loud and we don't get to hear her words.

I laughed so hard when they parodied that scene in Excel Saga.

This might seem kinda strange, but some of the anime moments that I found most moving came from the end of Excel Saga. For example
Spoiler :
in episode 23 when Ilpalazzo shoots Excel from on top of ACROSS's mobile fortress; she was betrayed by the person she trusted most. Then in episode 25 when Excel has to fight against Ilpalazzo to save him, the line that always gets me is "Love and Loyalty are the same to me..." Her devotion really touched me.
Another emotional anime moment for me was that episode of Inuyasha where Kagome helps that child's ghost make peace with her mother. That whole episode was touching.

If that's not sad, I don't know what is.

It looked as if Fatman was going to win and then out of nowhere Yu whips out his blade and slices Fatman's hand off, causing Fatman to spurt "Finally, you begin to fight!". Then he sets up the Land Rover and guns down Fatman with the M2 .50 cal, and he doesn't stop even after the Land Rover crashes, and drags the gun up the hill
Also, Jean's fight with Littleboy on the snowtruck.
.
That along with the fight he has with little boy at the end before it disgresses into utter bullshit, when little boy gets back up, and they end the movie horribly. But the scene just before that, when they go at each other for the last time, was very well done.

Well I'm disappointed that none of you mentioned Ballad of Fallen Angels.

Last 10 minutes of that episode.

I agree with Jin Roh and the last scene.

DBZ I'll say the same with Vejita when he is crying before Freza kills him.
[For Wolf's Rain, the scene when Darcia comes to see his ex-lover's Sister
Milly saying that he said to wait here and he'd be back when wolfwood dies
Kenshin series when Soujirou is fighting kenshin, end of episode 55 and beginning of 56.

Entire Grave of the Fireflies. Didn't hit me the way it was supposed to, but it sure did shock me.

Trigun. Sure many people already know.

Texhnolyze. If you ever think about seeing this anime, DO NOT HIGHLIGHT.
Spoiler wrote:When Ichise tells his father he's sorry for having hated him for so long. Rare father and son anime scene that made me feel something else than "ok, who cares. Next!" And the M.F. ending. Especially when he threw Ran's false body-thing/that/looked/like/her in the Raffia mine/hole. AUgH the PAiN.
Breath of Fire.

When Nina's sad. >>
What a spoiler. <<
Well, she's usually sad for a good reason.
Good girl she is.
