message from the future

i got this japanese email, i dont know what it is trying to say! is it a message from the future? what are thay warning me about?

i must decode this message! all i know it says is "come on people" and "my soul for you". clearly there is going to be some kind of rebel resistance in the future over the ban of anime in the english speaking nations! maybe im the link to saving the repressed people from the cruel rule of an iron fist and bring back anime to the world! that, or i have to much time to think about stuff and i really need to get a life....

can anyone translate?
