Aion, from Chrno Crusade. Defies the hierarchy of hell, then tries to use God's apostles to create an alternate ending to revalations.

Desty Nova, from Battle Angel. Ok, he hasn't shown up in the anime. (In the live action maybe?), but he is in the manga for it. Does extreme experiments, regenerates from anything, and cut his own head open to look inside!

Black Coat Guy, from R.O.D. tv. Most powerful paper user, ever. With badass attitude and cool glasses. I actually have some theories on him...

Hmm, that's the top I can think of for now.

Ahh! I was hoping I'd be the first gamer to say it:

Sephiroth is THE villian,

Vegeta gets the sympathy vote,

and I can't write this without mentioning Darth Vader and Greyskull - those guys were great and they had the best villian death scenes.

I dunno I would have to agree Vicious for Bebop is pretty bad! But Naraku is evil too! I'm gonna Kikyo just cause I hate her sooooooo much! Can she just DIE ALREADY!!! geez!!

Wasnt really a villian as much as he was just an enemy. But man he had the chance to really f*ck up humanity.

Come on now, Vincent wasn't evil, he was just really really really messed up. He could not tell if he was living in a dream or not.

But I will give you that he did some things that were up there with major league evil.

i'd have to say...akiko from fruits basket!

yeah, akiko is supposed to be god or whatever, and supposedly only has the best interests of the 12 at heart, but akiko is evil! eeeeeeeevil! and so dang possessive! i mean, if you've read the manga then you kinda know WHY and why akiko is so messed up, but its still no excuse!

akiko is the ultimate in psychological evil.
