Evillest laugh?

Personally as far as evilness goes, I thought Naraku's laugh was pretty dang evil. At least sounding. That would be the guy who does it in the dub though (Paul Dobson) I just got the 1st season on DVD so I haven't had a chance to hear his Japanese counterpart's laugh.

dude, kodachi's laugh wasnt just evil; it was evil, disturbing, demented, crazy, psychotic, and freaky as all hell wrapped up in one freakish package.

Warakia from Melty Blood React is darned creepy evil. In fact, a lot of the laughs in that game are creapy.

Dilandou was pretty evil too.

For games I'll definatly add one more vote for Kefka from FF3(US SNES)

For anime my vote goes to Kagato from the Tenchi Muyo OVA's
His laugh says that he is better that you or anyone else and he doesn't care who or what he has to destoy to accomplish his goals

Naga's laugh is definetly one of the most annoying, but my absolute *favorite* evil laugh is Eagle's from the Rayearth OVAs. But what can I say, I'm a total sucker for Megumi Ogata ^^;
