Kyouji Kagami from Getbackers. He really gets a kick out of toying with people and I love how he's always smiling and so calm around people who don't trust or even like him. The guy just dosen't care.

Plust his powers are cool, he's got that snazy retro outfit (wich was cool when the show first aired) and he has good taste in women.

Hotaru from Samurai Deeper Kyo. Kinda along the same lines as Kagami. Out of all the anime villians he had the coolest voice, IMO. He also had the best attacks.

Brad crawford-Weiz Krez. I was never really into the show but Carwford, like every glases wearing Bishounen with the exception of Marco the X law, was one of the best things about that show.
