Tsubasa/Negima the anime?

I've seen the first 2 eps of Negima, and so far, it's done really well!

Fans of the manga should check it out without worry.

Lack of animation?

What the heck does that mean? like, they used still pictures in a slideshow format instead of animating it? Noooo.... That phrase makes NO sense, and that complaint has NO bearing.

No fanservice, sure, I can see.. but then again, the people who are whining about less fanservice can go watch some hentai instead, and keep their noses out of my good anime. (Oh! Burn on hentai!)

It's a good show, regardless.. and as long as you're not in it for massive amoutns of boobies, you'll be fine. (And mind you, there's enough ecchi stuff in it for me, really.)

He means that the drawings of the Negima anime really suck compared to the manga version. It's the same thing with Love Hina except Love Hina was a rush job anime and Negima is making sure to put everything in plus more, except for the fanservice.[/quote]

I read somewhere that the fanservice is supposed to pick up after the first few episodes. That may be just a rumour, though.

Who cares, I just want the series to be licensed so I can consume mass quantities.

Those are pretty big improvements. I have to watch that episode. I wish I knew how far has the anime gone when compared to the manga, like what chapter and stuff so far. I would check my own manga but all 4 of my volumes are being borrowed from 3 different people at school.
