Yeah it would definately be a good thing if Anime popularity rose more and more here in the states. I mean so many people who don't know it are missing out! Yeah it will definately be something worth while to look forward to.

I have finlley made up my mind if it is good or bad. Overall, yes, this is a good thing for us, but like I said earler, the only problem I have with it is that people might only watch and or read it just because it it main stream. That is not right. But as far as that goes, Its a gift from God!

Most anime is crap, and doesn't have a deep meaning as well.

since when is anime spost to be deep? Yes some, but not all is deep. Why does it have to be deep?

as i keep saying, anime/animation, is just like any other artistic medium. doesn't have to be deep, can be deep, but it limited to the people who make it.

I'm saying that some anime is deep but nobody realizes it and think it is like the mindless drivel that is created in america. and that list quotes two or so posts ahead was not my doing...just thought i should point that out.

but some stuff made in america isn't mindless drivel either. i understand your point, but my point is that both forms of media vary and can be as original, as deep, as shallow, and as bad. just done in a different way. that's about the big difference.well, aside from cherry blossoms

Just because people dont relize it is deep, doesn't mean it is a waste. who cares if they dont get it? They the ones who watch it as main streram probley... They shouldn't be watching it to begian with.
