So, that would mean that it is three wooden box sets right, and not two box sets with 12 disks, as I often see on ebay, as the booted ones. That is quite amazing considering the cheapest I found it was 400 or around there.maybe 350. The boots though usually are that price so I would check just encase.GMM2005 wrote:Damn.... my friend told me that his sister's boyfriend got the whole Kenshin series for $80 in ebay. Alright, I've never actually seen Naruto but it's intrigued me ever since I saw an AMV on it. And unfortunately I don't have time to read all the posts in this topic so if you've already answered or addressed this please disregaurd, I'll find time to finish reading this topic later. So I'm assuming that Naruto is the type of anime that to bring it justice that it needs to be played on Adult Swim on CN or Anime Unleashed on G4-Tech? If this is so, then it makes me wonder wheather I should watch it after all this waiting. I would go out and buy the DVDs, and I think a lot of people were talking about the same thing, but I don't have too much money, I'm already preparing for a con, and Naruto is one of the more lengthy animes, am I correct? So you'd be spending a lot of money just to get the whole series even if you did get a good deal. But I do agree with most of the people on the first page. (like I said I don't have enough time to read all the posts) Toonami, often butchers otherwise great animes. But I would also agree with the pro-Toonami people simply for this reason: It's much easier to endure the agonizing schedule of episodes and the rediculous amounts of edits rather than buying the DVDs when you get the same thing just with a bit of language cut out or a little too much gore. But that's not even a huge issue anymore, look at Yu-Yu Hakusho, I was actually still able to enjoy it, and I can't think of a lot of scenes that were cut out. Just the traditional "damn" On Hakusho was chanced to "darn" or "dang". And whoever said it earlier (can't remember their name) about DBZ's fault belonging mostly to Funimation then to CN, I definately agree. I just hope that Naruto's worth watching after CN's done with it.

Kinda had a feelin something like this would happen, but I never thought it would happen. So I purchased the deal thay had on [Tsunami Jones: Bootleg link removed]. You know, the one package they have for Eps. 1-76. But it don't seem they have any episodes after that. There another Anime Import DVD site that I can get the rest? By the way, who's got the license anyway? At first I heard it was ShoPro/Viz, but the latest buzz I hear now is 4kids. Now if it is 4kids, I am not so much as turning the channel onto the dub, even if hell freezes over. Pretty much I just wanna set the record straight in my mind.

register, and you can download the mangagot2maskit wrote:Not fully on topic, but a side note.
To spikebomb00 and others who haven't seen Naruto.
If you want to see what the series is like, buy the manga (which, in my opinion is better than the anime) from Shonen Jump. The alternative is to search for downloadable episodes, but I can't help you there.
