I don't know if all this is true in the link, but if it is, Im sure anyone would agree that the Evangelion Movie would be horrible.

Its a petition for the Evangelion Movie to get rid of 2 actors that are going to ruin so please take the time to check it out.

Please. If you want anyone to take you seriously, at least word it professionally. I'm not even gonna try getting near the arguments themselves...

I have been greatly dishonored by america now. Anime has been a great joy to us all, and america screwed that up when they started editting them and making them into kid shows, when anime is CLEARLY for teenagers, NOT kids.

Damn i agree with him there.

Hmm, sound like its just a rumor but might be true... anyways, i agree with whoever the hell wrote that so im going to sign the petition. I also agree with you (Whitey) when you say that its going to suck

You don't mean all of it do you?
there's ton's of different types of anime, and for all different ages. There's stuff just for girls, boys, adults, or any kind of fan. I can list plenty of stuff made for pre teen, but read/watched by teens and adults!

And I'd rather decide if it is bad when I see it.

To summarize the last thread:

That quote is hypocitical. Its as stupid someone saying that anime IS fo kids. Anime is broad, It doesnt cater for any one specific audience and disregard all others.

This topic has been beaten beyond death, so I'm going to lock it. Also, petitions generally don't work, especially with regards to this sort of thing. And as has been already stated, anime is for everybody. If you think it's not for kids, you're wrong, as there's plenty of anime specifically targeted at children.
