I think the most important thing to remember is kids in japan are way diffrent from our kids in everyway.

Being raised by a mostly japanese step dad taught me that

Yes it's a lot different. And the exposure to kids in Japan seems very different to the exposer kids get here. Watch Narutaru and you'll understand. It was even played on a kids station.

Another DBZ? Maybe but I'm sooo f'in impressed with everything to come out so far from the series. I could almost vote it best anime ever made! IF it goes to shit, I don't care I'd still vote it best anime ever made! After all the 120+ episodes I've seen, I have not once been dissatisfied with this awesome series. And I don't know why u people are complaining about fillers here and there since most anime has them??? And I don't mind fillers, since I've enjoyed them for the most part.

Also about the show being for kids, It's not considered for kids here in America if it were to be uncut. I personally wouldn't consider a show for kids that has kids getting drunk off Sake!

well naruto is good but dbz drag on like the power up take 3 eps and fight drag on about 14 eps i am i used to be fan of dbz

I thought that this was going to be a thread about the similarities between DBZ and Naruto, i guess i was wrong.... just another Naruto topic.

But something that a good friend of mine posted on another board (its about some similarities between Naruto and DBZ):

Its very similar to DBZ and thats maybe because its made by the #1 fan of DBZ(dont know his name). And well, you can notice some similarities like Sasuke = Vegeta : color blue, dark-spiky hair, come from a noble or high bloodline, etc. etc. Naruto = Goku : color orange, stupid, and whenever sasuke or the enemy becomes strong he becomes X2 of what they are. And a lot more.

Hmm, i wonder how long Naruto will be without the 30 flashbacks per episodes. 30 episodes?

Wha?? 30 flashbacks is such a freekin' huge exaggeration in my own opinion.

And flashbacks are freekin' short most of the time and they've shown them maybe in about half or less/more in the series. Yall don't like the flashbacks? I sure as hell don't mind them
