Hand Maid May has a scene like that, if I recall correctly. It's either a CD or a floppy, but I think it's a CD.

Well, the creators of Serial Experiments Lain based the NAVI off of the Macintosh, I think the iMac to be specific
"I've spent the last ten years of my life defending my country, I've sacrificed for it, fought for it, and bled for it, now it's time I got something back, so please just respect me and my fellow Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines as we continue to do this job."

I've got Lain, but since Lain is more of a "Hey, let's hook people up to machines and see how they communicate," I can't really use it.

IcyCloud, could you get that scene for me? I only have a VHS of Hand Maid May, and it's only like episodes 5 - 8.

Lain isn't really Mac, they make up the Navi OS system in the system, and i think .Hack made up their own OS as well, can't remember what it is offhand.
