Lia Sargent is one of my fav directors.

Seriously, from what I can tell, who better to direct a good voice acting job than a voice actor?

For the most part, a majority [not all mind you] of ADV's directors are quite skilled in their dubbings.

Also, Ocean Group [think Fatal Fury Movies/Ranma 1/2] does one great job after another.

What really gets me is I wish I knew the voices from the dubs of the City Hunter Movies. They're all like unknown no-names who sounded great and yet they didn't dub the TV series. Fook... [yes they changed the names but as far as that is concerned, that's just extreme pickiness on most people's parts]
