Nausicaa, of the Valley of the Wind, another Disney release of a Miyazaki masterpiece. If you like Miyazaki's anime you need to get this one. Nice artwork and a good story centered around an environmental theme, a young princess with a unique talent desperately trying to save her valley and her world from the giant bugs and the millitary ambitions of other colonies. I like this the most of Miyazaki's work.

I agree. It's the "lost classic" that everyone talks about yet hasn't really been that widely available in the U.S. before now, and professionally dubbed. :)

Anyway, going to start watching R.O.D. The TV from the beginning ... with "R.O.D. the OVA".

Mostly I've been watching Gundam Seed Destiny and Fooly Cooly at home. On TV it's Full Metal Alchemist and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.

I just saw the coolest episode of Ghost in the Shell: SAC

Spoiler:
The major got her arm blown off by some armored suit guy, then she got her head beaten in by him, but then saito arrived with a RFBG(really fucking big gun) and the major went all point blank on the armored dudes ass, MULTIPLE TIMES!!

Watched some episodes of IGPX in this website (don't worry, it's legit  ).

Man, I can't wait for full episodes of this series on Cartoon Network. The premise of this series has lots of potential. :P

International Channel, now known as AZN Television, has been running Descendants of Darkness and Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight. Even with all of the blatant shonen-ai overtones, Descendants is actually pretty good and pretty funny as well. ROLW:COTHK is a good continuation to the OAV series, but there was a major contradiction in the first episode. Reilia and Orson who became allies to Parn and the others in the OAV series, "met Parn for the first time" at the beginning of this series. Whatever. The second Yu Yu Hakusho movie is on tonight, saw it before, but now that I've actually seen a lot of the T.V. series, it will make more sense the second time around.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

The first disc of City Hunter collection 1. This is sub only, it is a good anime if you like the calm, cool under fire, but completely loses it over any girl, type. Ryo is a troubleshooter, litterally. He is the one to call if the police can't handle the job, especially if you are a good looking woman.
