Which anime has the worst voice dubbing actresses/actors?

My number one choice is definitely the english voice actress for Chi in Chobits. The english voice actress cannot compare with Rei Tanaka(the Japanese voice actress for Chi). Although she may say "Chi!" right every-so-often, she massacres the original cuteness for Chi.

I agree with you on that one! They should have just left her speaking Japanese and leaving HIdeki confused instead of killing it by making her sound like a mentally abused child. Hideki kinda sounds like a pedophile. Sailor Moon is pretty bad too when it comes to "Serena" and "Amy" not to mention "Rini" in the second series...
