Anime avatars and cool siggys

hi im new here and this is my fisrt time on a forum so i dont know where to g et good avatars for my profile. i was hoping to find so with moving pictures that would be cool. and i was also wondering how do you get those cool signatures with pictures at the end of them. the ones advertising sites or an anime. please help me

For avatars, try the screencaps forum, there is even a thread for avatars there. You can make an avatar out of any picture by resizing it with a photo editor or windows resizing powertoy. Check out the screencaps, we have lots of good pictuers there.

I got mine from Killing Perfection, a site. Any site with omake, extras, whatever, would probably have avatars. But a good site would also be MyTheme.com, they have everything there.
