A2: If Evil won, there wouldn't be much of a story after, now would there.

Q. why is it no matter how badass/ultra cool/powerful/ultra evil someone is, they always have or do something nutty or out of place, like Saya from Blood: The Last Vampire wears pigtails and wears school clothes.

A: Its actually a very eloborate trap to confuse the hell out of the audience and raise ratings by screwing up a bad guy, thus prolonging the series to explain why they would do such a wacko thing.

Q: If Chiyo-chan's hair is staticly electrified enough, could you stick her to the ceiling?
